March 10th Architecture and Design Jobs Workshop

Notice to all job seekers:

Tom Gavin, longtime friend of the University and Director of HR at Francis Cauffman, has offered to provide a workshop for architecture and interior design students where he’ll discuss the following:

What is happening to interior design/architects in this economy?

What are design offices doing in reaction and how are they being pro-active?

What do offices see as the future to this economic recession?

How can students prepare for these difficult times when they graduate?

What to do to get a job?

What to do if you can't find a job?

How to keep up enthusiasm and skills in a down market for design services?

This session is scheduled for March 10th from 11:30 – 12:45 in the Tuttleman Auditorium. If you teach graduating students, please encourage them to attend this session. If students have questions, all details are on CareerLink or they can contact the Career Services Center at 215.951.2930. Many thanks for your help in promoting this session to your students.
