Saving Money on Energy

65 degrees in February feels really nice, until the mail comes to remind you how cold it was in January, and how much you now owe the gas company.

According to Energy Star, air leakage accounts for 25%-40% of a person's heating costs - which means that Old Man Winter can't be blamed alone. Tightening up your home can save a lot of money, but will also cut down CO2 emisions considerably.

If all U.S. homes were well sealed and insulated, it could save 2.45 tons of carbon emissions each year - how many times would that fill Veterans Stadium, Rob?
