The City of Philadelphia is hosting the 3rd Annual Philly Spring Cleanup on Saturday, April 10, 2010 (rain date, Saturday, April 17, 2010). This year’s Cleanup, entitled “Keep Up the Sweep Up,” will be the start of the City's sustained effort to eliminate and prevent litter and illegal dumping—permanently.
