What's Next for the MSSD Program?

We've been working hard to bring you the best courses that acheive our Value Proposition. When we become aware of valuable new material, we want to make sure we offer it to you as an option to explore.

I've been exploring with great interest the notion of Resiliency. Many are suggesting that it's the next step in the evolution of "sustainability", which can limit our approach to the issues we face as citizens, practitioners and humans.

I'd like your input. So please watch the video and then take the short survey (it's only three questions and should take less than 2 minutes to complete). I'd like to know if you'd be interested in exploring this topic.

Great post, Professor Rob.
And I think the program is already on the right track to building community resilience by connecting students to the right local resources and organizations, and by being a community resource. I think the radio show helps with this. One avenue to consider I think is an organized program, similar to that of the Drexel coop, where students can intern with local firms in the industry to gain real life knowledge, hands on experience and important personal connections. Best of luck,
Zhenya

I second the notion of a coop, unique to the MSSD program. Perhaps, utilizing the network of people we have already established within the program, someone within the administration will be responsible for coordinating "internships" that would benefit everyone.
