This Saturday (10/9/2010), the DVGBC Residential Circle is hosting a Manayunk Green Homes Tour.
Grape Court combines energy efficient construction with luxury design, including features such as high efficiency dual zoned HVAC systems and a courtyard designed to minimize storm water runoff and maximize green space.
Sheldon Crossing has been recognized by the USGBC and will earn a LEED Platinum certification, boasting a vegetative roof, geothermal heat and solar power.
