The meetings will be interactive to allow participants to help set priorities for areas like transportation, economic development, parks and open space. The meetings are part of the Philadelphia2035—a blueprint for reshaping the city in the next 25 years through development projects and policies.
The Central District includes: Northern Liberties, East Poplar, West Poplar, Callowhill, Old City, Chinatown, Society Hill, Washington Square West, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Hawthorne, Francisville, Fairmount, Spring Garden, Logan Square, Rittenhouse Square, and Southwest Center City.
The meetings are on October 22 at Trinity Memorial Church (2214 Spruce St.) and October 25 at Liberty View Ballroom, Independence Visitor Center (6th and Market Sts.). Both meeting begin at 5:30 p.m. For more information, visit here.
