Dirty Water For Low-Income Californians & Film Screening at PhilaU on Water

This story sounds like it came from a developing country, but it is in fact right in California- one of the most 'progressive' states in the U.S.

Irresponsibly toxic agricultural and waste removal systems have contaminated the ground water, making life even harder for these small underfunded communities forcing them to collect potable water and drive it to there homes, sometimes spending 10% of there income to have clean water.

And here is information on the film showing tonight at 7pm in Kanbar.
